Size 2.0 mm crochet hook .
7-10 mm wide satin ribbon .
1 organza flower/bow.

Gauge : Rnd 1-3 of the bonnet should measure about 3” diameter .
Note :
The right part of the Rnds 1-7 is the right part of the Bonnet .

Bonnet :
Rnd 1 : Ch 5 , join to form a ring , ch 3 , 17 dcs in the ring , join with slip st to first dc .
Rnd 2 : Ch 3 , dc in the same st , 2 dcs in each st around , join with slip st to first dc .
Rnd 3 : Ch 3 , dc in the same st , dc in the next st , ( 2 dcs in the next st , dc in the next one ) repeat all around , join with slip st to first dc .
Rnd 4 : Ch 3 , dc in the same st , dc in the next 2 sts , ( 2 dcs in the next st , dc in the next 2 sts ) repeat all around , join with slip st to first dc .
Rnd 5 : Ch3 , dc in the same st , dc in the next 5 sts , ( 2 dcs in the next st , dc in the next 5 sts) repeat all around , join with slip st to first dc .

Rnd 10 : Sc in the first st , ch 8 , skip next 5 sts , sc in the next one , ( ch 8 , skip next 4 sts , sc in the next one ) 14 times , ch 8 , skip next 5 sts , sc in the last one , ch 1 , turn .
Rnd 11 : Sc in the first sc ,work 9 scs in each ch 8 space , sc in the last sc of the row , turn .
Rnd 12 : Ch 7 ( dc + ch 4) , skip next 4 sts , sc in the next one ( ch 8 , skip next 8 sts , sc in the next one ) repeat 15 times , ch 4 , dc in the last sc of the row , ch 1 , turn .
Rnd 13 : Sc in the first dc , 4 scs in the first ch 4 space , work 9 scs in each ch 8 space , 4 scs in the last ch 4 space , sc in the last dc ( on top of ch 3 ) , turn .
Rnd 14 : Ch 8 ( counts as first dc + ch 5 ) skip next 8 sts , sc in the next one ( ch 4 , skip next 8 sts , slip st in the next one ) 14 times , ch 5 , skip next 8 sts , dc in the last sc of the row , ch 3 , turn .

Rnd 16 : Dc in the next st , ch 1 , skip next st ( dc in the next 2 sts , ch 1 , skip next st ) repeat until the end of the row , ch 1 , turn .
Rnd 17-20: Repeat rows 10-13 , fasten off .
Flower :
Rnd 1 : Ch 2 , 10 scs in the second ch from hook ,join with slip st to first sc .
Rnd 2 : (Ch 2 , skip next st , sc in the next one ) repeat 5 times . ( last sc should fall in the first sc of the rnd )
Rnd 3 : (Sc ,ch2 ,6 dcs , ch 2 , sc ) in each ch 2 space .
Rnd 4 : Working at the back of the pedals , without turning , sc around the post of the first sc of the 2nd rnd , (ch 3 , sc around the next sc post ) 3 times , ch 3 , sc in the first sc of the rnd .
Rnd 5 : (Sc, ch 2 ,8 dcs , ch 2 , sc) in each ch 3 space , fasten off .
Weave in all the thread ends , weave the ribbon around the Rnd 16 of the bonnet .
Attach a sating bow/flower in the middle of the crocheted flower and sew the flower at the side of the bonnet .
